Yummy! Meet Hero! 2 year old rottie boy from NYC. Hero is a strong teenager who will need an experienced family kids over 14. Not yet tested with cats or small dogs. Available mid-June.

At the shelter, Hero's surrender profile is minimal. "Hero was sociable toward the handler during the assessment - soft body. He was calm and relaxed during handling. Hero was distracted, focused on objects in the room rather than the handler during the tag test. He took the toy away, body language was stiff. Hero rushed in quickly during the dog-dog test, but showed no aggression. Hero pulls hard on walks but during the walks he becomes frightened of the loud noises he would pull harder trying to escape or would lower his body to the ground. "
