Tex is a 5 year old Rottweiler who was surrendered by his owner "due to personal problems."  In his former home, Tex lived with two adults and another dog, and been around children. Owner stated Tex is relaxed and tolerant towards everyone in the household.   Tex also lived with a cat and was respectful and tolerant towards the cat. He was mostly indoors and activity level was to a medium. Tex is trained to use the bathroom outdoors and goes for walks three times a day. The only command he knows is sit. He lies to play with squeaky toys and bones. Tex has never been crate trained and is well behaved when home alone. When home with owner he will follow owner around the house or be in the same room. When off leash with other dogs, Tex is a bit unsure bit will sniff the other dog briefly. He spends most of his time exploring his surroundings.
