I had the pleasure of meeting one of our newest arrivals today. Leo is a six year old bully - 72 lbs of sweetness - who was surrendered to a rural TX shelter because his former owner "saw something about how bad pitbulls were" on social media. No, Leo never did anything wrong. Leo is dog social, walks politely on leash, and seems to be house trained. He was very focused on cats, so they are probably not in the cards.
