Tied to the bumper of the abandoned car, this smiling dude holds no ill-will toward them or any other human. Actually, he thinks it is the best thing that could have happened. Ray is a roly poly boy who loves to play and loves everyone - and we mean EVERYONE he meets. Even cats are cool. He is excellent on leash (a rare find!) and loves a good cuddle.
