​Three year old Rain was found stray in urban NY. She is dog social and friendly, but anxious at the shelter. We have not yet gotten her into foster care. She loves to play, can often be seen playing with her toys - or her leash. In our presence, she has no exposure to children or cats. Rain arrives in late March and is looking for a foster-to-adopt situation that can work on her manners (specifically leash biting and jumping). She is currently in eastern PA.
