Bella is a three-year-old, 50-pound brindle mix that was surrendered to the shelter because they could no longer afford her. It’s sad because her report card indicated that she was an indoor dog that was housetrained and good with kids and other dogs. She seemed particularly sad in the shelter the day we went to pick another dog there, and since she already had a lot of the training, we thought she would be very adaptable. Indeed, she is a great size, affectionate, and very calm, and would be a wonderful companion.
