​Meet Arthur! Our 3 year old rottie boy joins us from the Dallas area of Texas -- and BIG like all things in Texas, Arthur has a BIG circle of friends. People of all sizes, other dogs AND cats! He is in foster care with several other dogs (including the QUEEN herself, who has allowed him peasant privileges), and previously with members of the feline persuasion.
