I’m Rocky and smiling is my favorite! Well, pretty much everything is my favorite! I’m an outgoing guy who is eager to learn and try new things. I’m really good at doggie playdates and volunteers use me to help test other dogs. That’s fine by me because I always like meeting new people and new doggies. I was owner surrendered because there was a toddler in my home and she would run and squeal and I thought she wanted me to chase ... her but apparently not. It’s kind of confusing because I’m just a pup myself. If they would have helped me learn, I would have done ANYTHING to make them happy! I can’t wait for a forever family that will teach me and love me! I'm cat safe!
