We were asked to help with dogs that were affected by Hurricane Laura. In Sulphur Louisiana, a very remote area between Lake Charles and the Texas border, there are lots of small rescues. The dogs are currently in a trailer whose roof has been blown off, the electricity was out until just yesterday, and there is a 75-foot tree down blocking the exit. Sugar is heart worm negative, up to date on vaccines, and very healthy. They are getting Health certificate, 
Smiley is a 2 year old lab Heeler mix. He is great with other dogs of all sizes and loves children. He never bothers or chases the cats. He loves to play and is Crate trained. He is 45 lbs. He will need a foster or a forever family starting September 28th.
