​  This is the nicest dog!  He loves attention, walks nicely on leash, great with other dogs & is crate trained.

Arriving from Puerto Rico on Jun 27, Dexter is an 87 lb rottie mix. His owner went into the hospital and was not able to return and take the dogs back. He is highly dog social and has lived with Iron and Leah (bullies). According to their caretaker – Dexter is crate trained and has manners. His former owner used to train service dogs, we are told.  Dexter is social with dogs of all sizes, walks politely on leash and is a sweetheart! School aged kids should be fine.  We have not seen Dexter with  cats. He is 5 yrs old, neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, and heartworm negative. $450 adoption fee
