Our 2 year old Phil is originally from Dallas, and is looking forward to exiting the concrete jungle for the woods of northern New England! This little panda face cutie will hopefully be scooped up and adopted. Phil is a smooshy-faced social butterfly who loves people and dogs equally. Phil is in foster care with other dogs and cats and school aged kids.
