Harry was surrendered by his owner to an urban NY shelter. He was quite fearful at the shelter and did not do well there. Outside of the shelter, he is still uncertain as he's spent most of his time institutionalized. He will need structure and consistency in his new home. In his current situation, he's a "mellow dude".
