Adorable Phoebe joins us from New Jersey. Found as a stray, this soft, sweet girl has won the hearts of the volunteers who saved her life. She is 2-3 years old and weighs about 70 lbs. Her coat is very soft and so is her smile. Phoebe is dog social, and initial testing indicates that she's social with cats. Kids over 8 as she has no history with them.
